Blast From The Past

OK, here it is in a nutshell.

For some reason my memory cards from my cameras will no longer download onto my computer.  I have tried several different things and nothing works.  So, I need to get some professional help.

Anyway....since I can't download new pictures, I thought I would post some random shots that I have posted over the last 6 years or so.

A pretty mosaic table by yours truly.....in about 2009.

A fabulous rusty metal heart created by Fifi, for Mr. Comforts and me.

A boating trip with my sister Robin on Fontana Lake in NC.

Little snap shots of my life.

So, hang in there with me while I get my computer mess fixed.
Welcome Home,
Penny

Dang! I love that table!
Do you insert the memory card or do you use the cord that hooks up to your camera,or both? Maybe it's time for a new card?

Like Kathleen I would suggest a new card....have you had your current one quite a while?

Good luck, Penny. Hope you get it figured out.
Fun to see these shots though.

I wonder if the USB slot on your computer is damaged - if you've tried several cards it can't be 'the card'. Have you tried using a card reader Penny. I've been using one with the new Canon because I took so many pics in an 8gig card it would use us too much camera battery downloading directly from the camera.

Hope you get this sorted soon, meanwhile nice to see that beautiful table again - hope you do more mosaic pieces some day, they are so lovely.

We had a lovely rain this evening - thankful for that - so is the garden!

Hugs - Mary

Sorry about your photo card. Frustrating. I hope the photos are not lost. Love the mosaic table you did! Nice. Cute heart too!

Computer & camera problems are frustrating Penny. Seems as if when we get them fixed and start to enjoy them, things have a way of quickly changing. We were told the last time we had a camera card problem to re-load the drivers and that worked for us. Good luck.

In the meantime enjoy the break and dream of Fontana Lake. It's so peaceful there.

Sorry, not much help with the camera problem. I do know things like that are very frustrating! Good luck!

I was going to suggest the same thing Sam suggested. Reload your drivers.

I guess you have already tried loading them on another computer.

Good luck. Ugh! I have technical issues.

Loved revisiting your photos.♥

Hope that you'll share what the troubles were once you find out.

I've always love that sweet table. Well for three years. ☺

Sorry to hear about your problems, it so upsetting when things go wrong like this, especially if like me you do not understand!

Technology is great until it doesn't work! My blog was shut down last night and it just about sent me over the edge. Hope you get your mess straightened out soon...leave it go and enjoy the weekend!

Hope you get your photo issue fixed soon! Any way, your olden snaps are beautiful. I love your mosaic table. I have one almost like this that was my mother's when she 'started keeping house' as she says. Mine is wood covered and I really should paint it.
Be a sweetie,
shelia ;)
