I have been spending most of my time this last week setting up my booth at Needful Things Antiques. Tomorrow I should have the "walls" up and be able to show you how it all came together.
Straightening and dusting and dreaming Daffodil dreams. Planning and plotting what need to be done in my home - and my sweet, little vintage trailer. Plans are coming together. Wishing the dust would just go away on its own! ~Adrienne~
That is so true, isn't it? Sunshine shows all the dust. I like to think I am a good housekeeper, but the sun always reveals what I'm missing. Ha! It's warm and misty outside today. Just taking it easy and mixing in a few chores. Can't wait to see your booth all set-up!
Just came home from doing a little shopping at Home Goods and Hobby Lobby. Needed to pick up a few more gifts for my bunco group. Can't wait to see your shop all set up!
What am I doing? Why, I'm home from thrift shop-hunting, and I'm reading blogs. What should I be doing? Well, I need a shower, need to clean up my kitchen, write a menu for the week, grocery shop, bake, and oh yeah and cook supper for the locusts. Eventually, I may get around to dusting.
Hi Penny! I straightened my whole jewelry studio up today! That was no small task! I had beads, wire, chain, tools, books, paper, etc., etc. all over the table. Now it is all orderly and no more dust!!
John and I took a walk later this afternoon right before dinner and we got soaked by the rain you had earlier-LOL!!!
That sunshine is a double edged sword, it shows so much! Just so you feel better, I have waaaaay more dust than that. I have no excuse, I just hate dusting;>)
If I ever get to go to Hendersonville, I'll be sure to visit your store. I look forward to seeing your pictures.
There's lots of dust around here and it will probably stick around for another week or two before I tackle it. Dusting isn't high on my priority list after a long work week!
What's a little dust when you can enjoy the sunshine. The violets look happy. If you're at all interested, I started a link party (today is the first day), called "Sunlit Sunday". Your post would be a wonderful addition... Enjoy your Sunday. -Karen
I have been trying to jumpstart my blog after a very busy holiday season. Also juggling "stuff" with my teens. Ugg. So...I guess I could say that I am dusting too! lol
I spent yesterday cleaning, too, and putting Christmas away. Everything is back to normal and my cold is finally gone, so it feels good to have things put to rights. Good luck with the booth!
I used to hate to dust until some brilliant person invented Swiffers. I'm sure whoever it was is basking in the sun on his own private island somewhere. I wish I had thought of it! Have a good week. Can't wait to see your booth.
I just love your African violets. Used to grow those in my bedroom window when I was a little girl. May have to get some. Thanks for bringing back a nice memory.

Dust. It never goes away, does it?
Going through cupboards, drawers, and closets....purging!! It feels fantastic!
Dust, ughh; I'm cleaning up after having a wood floor installed. I love the chest/sideboard? in your photo. What a beauty.
Oh I need to dust too, but I am visiting with my family instead. Can't wait to see your shop. Hugs, Marty

Not you, Penny. Not at your house! Can't wait to see how you do "the walls." I'm guessing painter's cloth.
...dusting

I can honestly say that I can see the dust as the sun shines in right now! I do notice that it shows up more on darker furniture.
I didn't know you had a booth in the works! How exciting! Take pictures!! Lots!
XO,
Jane
Dusting, like weeding, appeals to few, but its results are immediately obvious, so I like it!
Not dusting. I tried that once. Didn't care for it. Best of luck with the 'walls'.
I'll take the dust if it comes with sunshine, Penny! We've had two wonderful, sunny days!
I need to dust too penny!lol! xo chris

Dust....it's always here! It seems to just move around and gets pushed on to something else! No wonder I am sneezing all the time!~Hugs, Patti

Can't wait to see the grand unveiling dear!
Hugs from the warm Piedmont - but it's doubtful it will last so enjoying while I can.

Well, I dusted this morning but the sun sure knows how to highlight it when we haven't for awhile.
Such welcome warmth offer in this photo. Very nice! Cathy
Well today I have been busy around the house.
Nice photo for Sunlit Sunday. I've just been doing some reading, some knitting, some crochet and some blog hopping.

Today I am trying to catch up on all the good stuff I am missing out here. What a pretty shot with the sunlight coming in. Happy week to you!

Perfect photo for Sunlit Sunday. I don't see any dust!

Dust? Sometimes it is easier to just take off my glasses. The whole world is in soft focus like a dreamy magazine photo, LOL!

I dust every single day and it still finds it's way back...some way, somehow!
I know it will be fabulous! Can't wait and Happy New Year!
