I started moving into my booth at Needful Things Antiques yesterday! I will be spending the next week moving in and setting up. Here is a peek.
I have to put up some curtains to define my space yet. Then I can start arranging the pieces so they don't look like little soldiers all in a row. I have a corner booth, which means at the moment two full sides are open. I need to deal with that in some way.
Once I get it all figured out, I will show you the finished look. Still have lots more furniture and things to load into the space.
Welcome Home,
Penny

That's such a popular place to shop...and it is huge! I would go broke finding treasures in there every time I went! Is that a lap tray on the floor next to the small chair? I love those! Enjoy your day! Stay warm! ♥
Penny,
I'm so excited for you...you have some wonderful pieces...love all the watering cans and that bench with the grain sack top. If you are doing curtains, you might want to try drop cloths, cheap and look GREAT...I used them in my space and I get a lot of nice comments about them...if you need me to tell you how we did them just e-mail me...will be happy to help you out. Have fun filling it up:)
Blessings,
Linda
Oh, gosh, I wish I lived closer! There are things there that I want!!!
Actually a corner booth will probably get you more traffic! Looks like you've already got some great things ready to sell. Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out.
This is so exciting.. Its going to be a great success, I can feel it.
In love with that teapot lamp~! and the honey sign too.
Congratulations and super success. Hugs, Marty
You go girl. You are living my dream!

If this were at my local flea market/antique store, I'd be so thrilled! It's going to be great!!
What fun - and what a lot of work!
A corner booth - a few thoughts come to mind.....deep, open shelving, visible from both sides, or conversely, a folding screen or two....
Wonderful treasure you have there!! Best of luck on this endever :)
Blessings!

Nice size space, Penny! You've got some great pieces. Drop cloths might be a good way to go here to define your space more. Have fun with it!

Congratulations! I know it will be fabulous!
How exciting Penny! Good luck in your new adventure!
This news is thrilling! (And inspiring...) I wish I lived nearby so I could shop your booth!
Penny, I am excited for you. I hope that you have a lot of fun, shopping and buying new things for your booth.
Have a good time! Hugs, sandi
That's good size space Penny and it already has so many of your beautiful items there - bet they'll be gone before you even get the 'walls' in place!!!! I just know Mr. Comforts will design/build some great dividers/display walls for you, he is so talented and handy with a hammer, unlike a certain guy around here, ha! ha!
At SuzAnna's they made beautiful dividers for us from old vintage doors and barn wood siding - adding patina with paint etc. We were fortunate they made it so lovely for us - and I'm so missing my booth! Perhaps in 2013 I'll be able to return to being a dealer - the travel will be slowing down by then...........I think!
Good luck dear - I know you will have fun and hopefully I can come that way and do some shopping! Again congrats. on becoming a 'shopkeeper'.
Hugs - Mary
I know it will be so inviting when you finish...insanely jealous in Florida!
I am so excited for you Penny. You are living one of my dreams. Are you on the first or second floor? Looks like the second. Can hardly wait to see the finished results.
Penny, how exciting! I love what you have on display already. I know you will do well.
Love the name of the antique shop!
Good luck!
Hugs,
Donna
Excited for you...we're sure it will be a hit & you'll have it decorated perfectly!
Oh Penny, you will have so much fun with this. I have a corner booth too, which is great, but I have two walls, both pegboard walls, which is great for hanging stuff but not very pretty. I have been going nuts trying to figure out how to make it so much more appealing. I made a "curtain" out of brown parcel paper. I love to decorate mine and then get "upset" because customers mess it up. LOL....which is the whole point of it...to sell!! I went to my booth yesterday and it was a total wreck from the holidays. Time to redo for January. xoxo
How awesome that you are opening a booth to sell your stuff. I bet you will do great. Can't wait to see it when it's all set up!
How fun ! I wish we had those kinds of places around here... I'm especially loving that little periwinkle step ladder - too cute !

Should have been dusting, played golf instead. It's beautiful in Naples FL today!
Oh I see a few "needful things" that I would love to have from your booth.
What a great collection you have there, best of luck with everything. I am sure it will be very popular.
BTW, we just saw a twin of that cute little table you have on the right hand side back wall. Lovely, oh I wish I lived closer to you.
