First "Crop" of the Season

This weekend we picked our first "crop" of the season from our potager.

French Radishes
You are getting a sneak peak of our new granite counter top.  The tile back splash won't be finished for a few weeks, so I won't do a grand reveal until then.

Happy Monday!

  5. I think radish is one of the first things I ever experienced growing, and passed it on to my kids, because the "wait" for the produce is short. Granite looks great, can't wait for the "big reveal!"

  7. Spring! Aren't they beautiful!? It's funny... I've hated radishes my whole life, just too strong for me, and all of a sudden this year I just love them!

  18. Hi Penny! We grew radishes last year and my kiddos ended up loving them! Who knew? I absolutely love your new granite but that might be because it is exactly like the granite I picked for our last house and sorely miss. :-)

  21. Your radishes are so beautiful I can almost taste them! I have planted Watermelon Radishes for the first time this year. A dear one highly recommends them. I'll report back when they are ready.
