Ah Peg - thanks for the good laugh! That could be me.....keys, glasses, TV remote, phone, glasses, phone, glasses.....and even the groceries, just as she sang!
I can remember what I did and what I was wearing 40 or more years ago but sometimes I can't remember what I did yesterday....the joys of growing older!~Hugs, Patti
Oh my goodness, I laughed so hard I just about cried! I swear I've always been like that though. In first grade I remember looking under the sofa before school and my mom asking me what I was doing. "looking for my shoes", I said. "You're wearing them", she replied. Dang, how did I ever remember anything?
I walked out of the Post Office one time, got in my car and then couldn't find my sunglasses. I looked everywhere in my car, then thought I must have left them in the Post Office, so back in I went. I looked all over the counter and someone in line - and mind you, the Post Office was full - asked me if I lost something. I told him "my sunglasses" and he said, "They're on your head." Sure enough, they had been sitting on top of my head the whole time. Needless to say, everyone had a good laugh, though I was somewhat mortified at the time. :)
That was so cute. Thanks for sharing a good laugh with us. We went to a restaurant with friends a few weeks ago and Don said he couldn't find his glasses. Evidently I had mine on my head and his on my nose. I guess I was prepared to read that menu....lol...

I don't know why I've laughed so hard. It's actually a little too close to home. Thanks for the fun!
