WOW! What a winter wonderland! I was hoping one of our neighbors in the condo would send us a photo of the mountains! I'm going to Kohl's this afternoon...doing laundry this morning! Stay warm and enjoy your day! Hugs! ♥ PS I guess I wrote what I'm doing...not dreaming of! heehee! I'm dreaming of warmer temps and a day trip to the beach! I need some more shells for some projects! ♥
That's what it looks like here too - but I'm getting ready to power up my work laptop, do some work and hope that I can get to the office this afternoon.

I am dreaming about summer vacation... will I get one? That remains to be seen!
We are having rain - a wonderful respite from the 'freezing rain' of last night. Just plain, ol' Oregon rain! I'm enjoying the first full day at home for awhile and doing much needed things around the house. And dreaming of Spring - and my little vegetable garden - and the flowerbeds - and an outdoor project or two. It all spells w-o-r-k but I'm looking forward to that.

I'm simply being lazy, but need to get back to painting. I'm not to inspired to work when the weather tells me to get something hot to drink and curl up under a warm blanket to read a book.

That's a perfect day! We have a good amount of snow on the ground now which is always makes me happy. We had a 2 hour delay today so I am playing catch up and pouting because I missed my weekly knitting class this morning!

Hi Penny, your yard feels much lovlier than mine, and those books look mighty appealing in front of the fire! If you can believe it, I'm putting the last of Christmas away on my "snow day."
I'm dreaming of having the time to read that stack of books and a reason why I can't do anything else, although not the same reason you are enduring thank you! I'm contemplating taking the doors off my cabinets today and getting started with the painting project....think I'll bite the bullet and do it:>)

I'm actually day dreaming about the same thing. The new HGTV program "Cash and Cari" originates in Michigan and I see she is having an estate sale not far from my home this weekend...and HGTV will be there filming. I'm thinking about going to it, depending on the weather.

I am seeing similar. Dreaming...about more(not snow), what more, I don't know, just more. Yeh, that makes absolutely no sense.

Beautiful outside and warm and cozy looking inside.
I better hurry up and answer the question..."What are you dreaming about today?"...it's almost tomorrow...I've been dreaming about what I could do on my little patio to make it more private and charming...plants in pots...more chairs...that sort of thing...
Look about the same out of my back window! We haven't gotten above freezing all week and more snow is on its way!

Hi Penny, That snow scene looks all to familiar. Beautiful!!! Smile. I was dreaming of escaping the house and going to town. That dream came true. I am sitting in our town library playing on my laptop while waiting for Bill to finish his class at the college where he teaches. the college is right across the street from the library. Very convenient for the students. Then we will bowl on our league which was canceled from Tuesday to today. Our truck is the only way we got down our drive and he didn't have time to drive all the way back to our home (16 miles) to pick me up. So I'm waiting.

The snow looks so pretty! but I know its cold...we don't get snow just a lot of rain, frost and fog..not fun driving in fog..

Your snow looks beautiful and I think reading by the fire would be perfect. We are having a slight warming trend here in Southern California so I'm dreaming of going antiquing this weekend.

We still have snow on the ground today, a week later! I think looking at mountains covered in snow is so relaxing, good time for book reading! Hope your shoulder is doing better.
