I would like to introduce you to two friends of mine. Pierre and Isabelle Lapin (French for Rabbit).
Pierre
Isabelle
(oops, I see Isabelle has a little candle wax on her nose)
They are a pair of heavy metal candle holders that we purchased while on vacation in the California wine country 5 years ago. Sometimes I display them next to each other. Sometimes apart.
Currently they are on the second shelf of the bakers rack (click on the pictures to enlarge) in my dining room....waiting for some candles and waiting to sit on the dinner table casting romantic light.
Welcome Home,
Penny

Aren't they wonderful?! No bit of candle wax can diminish Isabelle's charm.
Isn't it funny what you see when you're looking closely at a photograph? That's what I thought when I realized all that was wrong with my li'l salt shaker.
I love the French rabbits! I have one rusted in my garden! He wears a bow!
They have so much character even though metal!

What a charming couple! I'd have brought them home too,
Pierre and Isabelle are quite the handsome couple. I do believe they will enjoy spring in your new home.
Very nice bunnies! I love all the things you are doing to your new home. Thanks for sharing!
Adorable bunnies......guess I need to crawl in the attic next week after company leaves and dig my white Easter rabbits out of their burrow!
Dining room is lovely now Penny - know you will soon have everything perfect, and can then relax and enjoy some good food at that table!
Missing you - love Mary ("hi" from Bob).
There is just something about rabbits that I love. I have bunny statues all over my back yard to keep me company when I garden. The candlesticks are precious.

You must have Easter on your mind! We have two cute little bunnies in our backyard. When we come in at night we usually see them out hopping around. I think they will be the only bunnies at our house this Easter!
