Hosting Issues

My cable company that we currently get our Internet service from was sold to a new company. They made the switch over last night and today. As of this point I don't have service, except on my laptop through my broadband. All of my pictures/email etc is unavailable. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next 24 hours. The funny thing is, at my new house we are having a different provider.

So no pictures today. The hardwood floors have been refinished and look beautiful! I have finished painting the last couple of bedrooms and hallway. I am heading to my studio next.

In my studio I have to paint the walls and I am planning on painting the sub floor in a harlequin pattern. Not sure how that will all work out. Keep your fingers crossed. I will post it as I work on it.
Welcome Home,

  1. O, Penny, that floor is going to be such a knockout. Can not WAIT to see it.
Hope all gets back together on the computer server issues.

  2. hope the cable switch goes well and that you will be fully back online soon!
I looked at all the progress you've made in the new house so far - it's coming along quickly and will be so beautiful!

  3. Looking forward to your pictures when your internet gets straightened out! Your studio floor sounds exciting.

  4. I know you will be back online in no time. A harlequin floor in the studio? Be still my heart! I love that!

  5. I think the floor is going to look wonderful.
I painted my walls a harlequin pattern many years ago.
It was a lot of work but I loved the results…

  6. Penny,
Your studio floor sounds like its gonna be a lot of work but it will be worth it in the end. I can't wait to see it!

  7. Penny, you sound very very busy. I bet the floors look beautiful, I can see them now (I'm sure you'll show us pictures later). Can't wait to see the studio too!

    Enjoy your weekend.

  8. I cannot wait to see the floors and what you have done. You have such beautiful taste! BTW I still kick myself at times for not taking those hard wood floors but it brings comfort in knowing someone else could use them! We figured either way (sanding or installing) it would be the same amount of $$$ and work in the long run. Can't wait to see pics!

  9. Hang in there, Penny! All this will be behind you soon. And you can spend precious time in your new studio enjoying calm again.

  10. Can't wait to see!!!
    Bon week-end!
PS Painting is on its way to your sister!
