We Interupt This House Search

Sometimes you just have to enjoy the whimsical things in life. As you know I have been house hunting for about a week without success. I know the house I am looking for is out there, so I am not stressed at all.

Today Mr Comforts of Home and I took a day off from house hunting and went shopping. He fixes me breakfast every Sunday morning and thought he might need a bacon press.

Isn't this cute? I just love it.

I will be back house hunting on Monday. I hope everyone enjoys a little whimsy in their lives..
Welcome Home,
Penny

  3. Now that is the best bacon press I've ever seen. Enjoy that Sunday morning breakfast! You are so good not to stress about house shopping, too. There must be such a selection!

  4. Penny, You just may be overwhelmed right now by all of the houses you have looked at...a nice break of full out breakfast may bring yoy back around. I love indulging in my eggs and bacon. When I am eating like this, I throw in a container of light yogert and I feel redeemed!!

  5. I've never even heard of a bacon press. Is it for cooking slices crispy or for pressing the joint when making it? Well whatever it is for it's really nice.

  6. He is so cute. I have been catching up on your house hunting posts. Looking at houses is so much fun.

I remember when we were looking here in Massachusetts, I had seen a home on the Internet that I thought felt just like home. I didn't ask to see that specific home, but the realtor said, I want to show you my favorite one. It was the same house.

I remember we traveled home after looking at several homes, and we were talking later that night all the way back in New Jersey. Ned said I really like that one house, I sat up and said meeee too. I said call the realtor, but we looked at the clock at it was midnight. So we bought this one.

I think that you simply know when you find it,

I am looking forward to seeing more of your finds. Happy house hunting.
