I hear you friend! The forecast for tomorrow is snow:>( This is easter break for us, I have this week off from my school job, it will get warm just as I go back to work. Arrggggh!
Hope your Humming Birds come soon. Our sweet Humming birds are out in full force in Southern California - as a matter of fact - one flew in my house yesterday and it took me several hours to catch the dear little bird. I finally put a kitchen towel over the little guy and was able to set him free in my garden. Have a lovely week. Blessings, Erin
Oh me too, Penny!! By the way, love your music. It was my first dance on the day of my wedding when my ex-husband and I were married. :) We are still friends. :) Everytime I hear this song I think of that day.
I've been trying to figure out when I need to my feeder out, too. When do they normally come this way again? I just had some for the first time last year so I'm a newbie at this Hummingbird thing. Seems like I read that you are in the Carolina's...I'm in GA. Guess I'd better read up so I'll know when to expect them. I want to be ready. I think what attracted them last year were the red Hibiscus plants on my deck...then they found the feeder itself. :-) Susan
Your pictures were beautiful. We are all watching and waiting..some more than others. Your's is on it's way. Have a wonderful Easter Sunday, Penny! Mona

Looking forward to getting back to NC to wait with you for Spring.
Give me that amazing house pleaseeeeeeeee
No hummingbirds here yet. Lots of leaves. Even saw a big butterfly today I wasn't familiar with. But it's cool and windy. Odd weather.

One day, you'll just happen to look out and find one enjoying your feeder. What a beautiful sight it will be! :)
It won't be long and in the meantime you have a beautiful view to enjoy.
Hi Penny,
I saw a hummingbird yesterday when I was sitting on the back porch! Time to get the feeder ready.
Hugs,
Donna
We're waiting too, Penny!

All of our dead is now alive again... the bougavillea which froze hard this year is alive again and hot pink! Hope yours comes soon, Penny!

This last weekend was just beautiful. Our grass turned green and a few plants began to
Pop out of the ground …
