Penny,
I think we are kindred spirits. I have to force myself to not pick up every rooster I see. I love them!!! They just make me happy!!!
I am also a lover of all things country french...especially toile...especially RED toile. I love your blog!!! The red and white backround with the perfect shade of blue...STUNNING!!! Your photo today is absolutely charming!!! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!!

I loved this Penny! I too adore roosters, large and small!
They look so good in so many places and just add so much to a room.
I have had to whittle down my collections since moving here but I still love them. Blue and white, roosters, plates, old and new…
rabbits, teddy bears, lamps. Lamps are a particular weakness of mine!

I love your books too...books are another weakness I have!

Love,
Sue

Have you seen those colorful rooster glasses at Cracker Barrel? I keep thinking I'll buy them. I just want to wait till they mark them down. I saw them again, Wednesday when we had lunch in Springfield. There are no Cracker Barrels between here and home or I would just ask J to stop tomorrow on our way home and go ahead and buy them.

Dear Friend,

Now you need to go to your country fair and get yourself a real rooster…
Just kidding…

My guess would be red, yellow, roosters, old vintage books and a sunflower here and there
just for good measure…

Have a wonderful Sunday,

Louise

Roosters I would guess! What pretty little vignette! I always notice all the rooster things at TJ Maxx - they seem to have quite a few and I always find some rooster something at the thrift store. It's an easy obession to satisfy I think!

I get it! - I have it, too (the obsession)... the same ones, actually, (probably from the same place, haha) but mine look like a majolica mix of colors - all of our favorite colors, red, yellow, green...I'll post them soon! xoxo, Andrea
