Yes, there certainly IS beauty all around us if we make sure to keep our eyes open to it. I did enlarge this gorgeous photo, and I do believe I see one lone red fall leaf, hanging onto its colorful moment of glory. :-)

That is so beautiful and so peaceful. I hate the cold but oh how I wish that we could have an unexpected snow day. It would be so nice to just look out the window at a snowy sight.
I just love your blog Penny. Every post is just beautiful. We do not get snow here, sometimes I really wish we did. On a few occasions that we get a few flurries they are gone as fast as they came. So I really enjoy looking at the beauty of the fresh fallen snow. Have a good weekend.

My husband and I live out in the country, and enjoy every minute of the nature around us.

The Broccoli Cheese Soup recipe sounds delicious, it would be wonderful for lunch tomorrow when it is 44 degrees and cloudy.
